Bank your cash and claim allowance

Claim the 15-minute allowance, put spare cash in the bank, and withdraw only what the next purchase costs.

Pocket cash and bank cash are different piles. Dealers and armories take pocket cash, so you withdraw before you buy. Anything still in your pockets can be dropped if you die. The bank pile is the one to grow.

Allowance

Every 15 minutes of play you can claim an allowance at an ATM. The published base is $600 before bonuses. The bonuses add as percents of that base, they do not multiply each other:

Bonus you have Extra on the $600 base Payout if this is your only bonus
CRIMCORP group 10% ($60) $660
Roblox Premium 30% ($180) $780
Extra Income pass 50% ($300) $900
All three 90% ($540) $1,140

A partial stack is the base plus each bonus you actually own. Group plus Premium is $600 + $60 + $180 = $840. That partial total is calculated from the published percents. The current experience description states the 10% group bonus and the 30% Premium bonus. A group-catalog blurb has also said 20%. If your ATM total does not match, trust the number on the ATM.

Allowances also grant XP. Casual gets XP from the allowance rather than from kills. The Extra Income pass adds 50% cash and 50% XP on the allowance payout. A base XP number was not consistent enough to print here.

What to do at the ATM

  1. Open the ATM. Using one grants about 60 seconds of damage immunity, which is the safe window for the menu.
  2. Claim the allowance if the timer is ready.
  3. Deposit pocket cash you are not about to spend.
  4. Withdraw only the price of the next item, then leave and buy it.
  5. Codes, if you have a real one, go in the Redeem Codes tab on this same menu.

You can also drop up to $500 yourself, with a 5-second cooldown between drops. That is a voluntary drop, not the same rule as dying.

Death and bounties

In Casual, money lost on death is lower and caps at $500. In Standard, pocket cash is dropped and has to be picked up. When a bounty over $100 is paid, $100 goes to the killer's pocket cash and the rest goes to their bank.

Other cash

Loot registers and safes, sell gear back to dealers and armories, and pick up dropped cash. Since the May 21, 2023 V2.0.0 update, new players were set to start with $1,000. Daily rewards, added in that same update, pay out over a week: the reward track totals 6,000 XP, and Prime adds 5,400 cash plus a gun-skin crate and a melee-skin crate, with a 24-hour wait after each claim.

Level-up cash is deposited to the bank. The reward grows with level. Two published extremes: the level 100 reward is $300,000, and the XP from level 999 to 1000 is 13,448,000. The levels in between are not a formula this guide will invent.

Use the cash shortfall calculator with the price you see in the shop. Shop tables on this wiki are reference figures, not a live register.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do Criminality codes get redeemed?

Use an ATM in the world and open Redeem Codes. Chat and the settings menu do not redeem them. No code on this site is marked active, because October 2026 reports disagree.

Should I carry my cash?

Cash in your pockets can be lost when you die. Cash in the bank stays. Withdraw only what you are about to spend at a dealer or armory.

Do I need the Prime pass?

Prime costs 99 Robux and unlocks Standard, the mode that awards XP so you can level and unlock gear. Players who bought Criminality before it became free on April 2, 2022 already have Prime. Casual does not require it.

Which mode should a new player pick?

Start in Casual if you want the lower death penalty and time to learn the map. Move to Standard when you want kill XP and level unlocks. Brawl is melee-only on SECTOR-03. Infection is a survivor round on SECTOR-04.
